My most anticipated movie of the year!

"Babel"

I wanted to share this movie with everyone. I have no way of knowing if this movie will be as good as its trailer but the trailer alone was moving enough to inspire me to make this post to my blog. After seeing *yawn* "Oceans Twelve" and *snore* "Troy" I have to say that I'm not a big fan of Brad Pitt but this flick looks to be a powerful one and I'm sure Kate Blanchett will be her usual fantastic self.

In any case, the movie isn't just Brad and Kate. It appears to span multiple cultures and stories in a parallel fashion... perhaps something like the recent Academy Award winning Crash?

The bluntness and emotion of the trailer was like a punch to the kidneys. Bonnie and I watched the trailer and were moved to tears. Seriously... it just about knocked me over.

There's a new tool on flickr.com that makes a nice looking little group of thumbnails out of your most "interesting" photos. I've got a number of them although I've never made it into the top 100. (yet)

Click on the pic to check it out. You can visit a lot of "scounts" (and a lot of fantastic pictures) at www.flickr.com/groups/scoutmosaics/ and www.flickr.com/groups/scout/.
